Rene Marie Russo is an American actress filmmaker and a former supermodel. The elegant beauty of Rene Marie is evident in her long-lasting career as an actress and performer. The model began her modeling career in the 1970s. Soon, she became one of the best models. In the early 1980s, she began taking acting classes and studied theater before performing on the stages in Los Angeles. Russo first made her television debut in ABCs Sable with the character Eden Kendell, in 1987. She played Tom Berengers' love interest two years later in Major League, her debut movie. Some critics who were initially skeptical by her acting abilities however, eventually became convinced when they saw her constant work. Her praise was for her performance on Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak and also in Outbreak, where she fought Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. However by her own admission she has never been passionate in acting. In 2005, she went on a break that was forced by herself. In the film Thor, she returned to acting. She also starred in Nightcrawler - her husband's Oscar Award winning film. The Intern was her first funny and lighthearted film. The actress went on to appear in Just Getting Started and other comedy films.

Rose Namajunas is one of the top female athletes within the UFC. She started her career in amateur fighting, participating in regional competitions prior to signing to Invicta Fighting Championships and later becoming a member of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Due to her successes within and outside of the Octagon, Namajunas is an everyday word ever since her joining the UFC. Namajunas is the name of a Lithuanian born American born on June 29, 1992 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose played basketball as well as kickboxing when she was growing up. Her first appearance as a professional aged 18 at the Invicta Fighting Championships in which she won two bouts by submission. Dana White noticed this and when she was in December 2014 at the age of 22 she signed her up to compete as a strawweight with UFC. Rose was a high-flyer but her lows as well throughout her career but always came out on top. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza on April 15 in 2015 for the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza via a technical knockout within less than 3 minute of round One. Rose not only took home the title but she was also named Fighter Of The Night. Rose also made MMA history with this match because she became the first woman to compete for a champion title within any major organization. Following this victory Namajunas continued to win victories, including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC following these victories .
